Mexico’s Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico has won the concession to operate the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston, Jamaica.
Norman Manley International will be the second Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico operated airport outside Mexico, joining Sangster Airport, also in Jamaica.
The 25-year concession requires the Group to improve the infrastructure and the equipment of the airports it operates. Therefore, during the first 36 months, it expects to make an investment of US$60m in extension and modernization works at Norman Manley International.
Kingston Airport is the 14th airport operated by Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico.
