Airport Lounge Development (ALD), a subsidiary of the Collinson Group and provider of shared-use lounge services, has partnered with Virgin Atlantic to grant its customers access to the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) in California.
Appearing at this year’s Passenger Terminal Expo, ALD will present further information about the new partnership with Virgin Atlantic, as well as demonstrate how the Collinson Group could help airports achieve a 60% year-on-year increase in the number of guests using its lounge facilities.
Errol McGlothan, director at ALD, said, “This new partnership with Virgin Atlantic demonstrates our commitment to working with partner airlines to deliver a range of solutions to help them strategically improve the cost effectiveness of their lounge propositions by utilizing our lounge development and management expertise as well as by leveraging our unique ability to deliver customer access from Collinson Group customers.
“With the Virgin Clubhouse in Los Angeles, Collinson Group customers will enjoy a range of complimentary snacks and excellent facilities in a new important location. This adds to the portfolio of lounges that ALD is working on with airlines to deliver great experiences for all premium and shared use passengers.”
The Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at LAX is located on the fourth floor in Terminal 2 and is accessible by both domestic and international customers. The 4,000ft² lounge offers panoramic views of the Hollywood Hills, spanning the iconic Hollywood sign and the mountains beyond, making it the perfect place for ALD’s Priority Pass members to relax before a flight.
