Airport service provider OmniServ has secured a three-year contract at Liverpool John Lennon Airport in the UK to provide assistance for people with reduced mobility (PRM).
The contract will begin on April 14, 2016, and will utilize OmniServ’s bespoke technology system, which captures passenger information and specific assistance requirements, enabling the team to provide a highly personalized and efficient service to each PRM passenger.
