Guinault-Lebrun (GL) is mostly known for its mobile ground support equipment (GSE), but will use Passenger Terminal Expo 2018 to present some of its new fixed equipment, such as the SA 400Hz converter and its range of pre-conditioned air (PCA) units.
Aircraft engines or auxiliary power units (APU) are an inefficient way to supply electrical power to parked aircraft. GL’s SA 400Hz Converter can operate in the most extreme environments and can be installed in a variety of locations: under passenger boarding bridges on the tarmac, on a control room floor or in maintenance hangers. The SA has a variable frequency with the option of 28V DC and remote access and monitoring. The SA can be combined with a matching Cable Coil Retriever from GL.
Visit GL on stand 532 to learn about its complete APU-Off solution. It will have 400Hz units on the stand for demonstration and representatives will be on hand to talk about GL’s range of PCA units. Options are available for every climate and every application, in addition to GL’s AirSnake air delivery system, which allows easy, one-man operation thanks to being fitted with braked wheels.
