Passenger Terminal Expo and Conference, which takes place alongside Passenger Terminal Expo on March 26, 27, 28 in London, UK, is one of the most important events in the airport and airline industry calendar, where visitors can hear from industry-leading guest speakers and network with fellow professionals to discuss the hottest topics affecting airports.

The Passenger Terminal Conference kicks off on March 26, 2019, with an opening address and keynote speech by John Holland-Kaye, chief executive, Heathrow.
Other highlights from Day 1 include a presentation by Gatwick’s Richard Higgins on the airport’s surface access strategy, and a panel discussion with Heathrow, Brussels Airport, Systra Aviation and 2getthere looking at the development of autonomous vehicles at airports.
Day 2 will begin with a presentation by Liam Henderson, founder of Transporting Cities, looking at how operators can enhance the passenger experience at airport hubs. Later that same day, Alan Xavier Tan, vice president aerodrome safety and aviation security, Changi Airport Group, will deliver a talk on the latest advances and innovations in security technology.
On Day 3, Jason Miles, managing director at Blackjack Promotions, will provide insight into how innovation and collaboration can enhance the passenger experience in travel retail. As part of the Future Airports stream, Huntley A Lawrence, director of aviation for the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, and Martín Eurnekian, CEO, Corporación América Airports, will lead a panel discussion on the vision of airport leaders in terms of innovation, modernization, and airports as brands and businesses.
