Heathrow Airport CEO John Holland-Kaye has told BBC Breakfast that the airport is being deep-cleaned in a bid to halt the spread of coronavirus.
Speaking to the TV news program on February 26, 2020, Holland-Kaye explained, “We are deep cleaning the airport so that handrails and things that people might touch will be as clean as possible and also making sure that there’s a provision of hand sanitizer as well as the usual bathroom cleaning, to make sure that people can keep their hands clean. We’ve provided extra sanitizer to our colleagues.”
