Able2fly has introduced a track and trace service to protect passengers of reduced mobility (PRM) if they test positive for COVID-19.
The service securely records passenger journey data and reports that can be run in the event of a PRM or a member of staff testing positive for coronavirus.
For staff, the report will tell them what equipment was used, which members of staff used the same equipment and passengers they came into contact with. Passenger reports show which staff assisted them, the equipment that was used and other passengers who used the same equipment.
Able2fly says that the track and trace tool will make the information available in seconds.
