ACI Customer Experience Global Summit

The third edition of the ACI Customer Experience Global Summit will take place on September 8-9, 2021 as a hybrid event in Montreal, Canada and will again include a celebration of the 2020 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards. The event will comprise physical and virtual elements to bring together industry leaders to discuss the importance of customer experience as airports prepare for a long term and sustainable recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic. This year’s program will center around the theme Gateway to the new travel journey: Share. Rethink. Evolve.
