Plans have been announced for the construction of two new hotels at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 (T4). The Crowne Plaza London hotel will feature 300 rooms and will include a range of business and meeting facilities containing state-of-the-art technologies. The Holiday Inn Express London will contain 450 rooms and a guest bar and café.
The two hotels will be located within walking distance of London Heathrow and will be connected to T4 via an air bridge. The two hotels will operate under a franchise agreement with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and will be managed by Arora Hotels, part of the Arora Group.
Surinder Arora, founder and chairman of the Arora Group, said, “Following the success of the Sofitel at Terminal 5, this exciting scheme presents the second opportunity for us to work together with Heathrow Airport to bring another best in class facility to Heathrow, this time in partnership with InterContinental Hotels Group.
