The San Francisco Airport Commission has commenced the request for proposals (RFP) process for three retail stores and two electronic store leases in the Terminal 3 (T3) boarding areas at the Californian airport.
The airport is looking for a specialty retail store in Area E; a candy kiosk in Area E; a wellness concession in Area G; and electronics in Areas E and F.
The proposed minimum financial offers for the leases are US$60,000 for the specialty retail lease; US$65,000 for the candy kiosk lease, both of which have a seven-year term; US$200,000 for the wellness concession lease, which has a term of 10 years; and US$250,000 for both the electronics leases, which each have a term of 10 years.
Small, local and disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to participate. Interested participants should attend the Informational Conference on Wednesday, April 4, 2018, at 10:00am at the Terminal 2 Partnering Conference Room, at San Francisco International Airport.
