Automated passenger handling solutions supplier Materna Group has acquired self-service bag drop developer DSG Bagdrop, effective from January 1, 2016.
Norwegian-based DSG Bagdrop, a former subsidiary of service and trading company Bertel O. Steen Group, was founded in 2009. The company’s acquisition will further strengthen Materna’s portfolio of automated passenger handling services.
DSG Bagdrop will continue to develop and support its current products for all existing customers. All DSG Bagdrop employees will remain located in Oslo, Norway.
