Concessionaire Analyzer+ (CA+) has announced that it will be showcasing its new Property and Utilities Management Module at this year’s Passenger Terminal Expo, taking place in Cologne, Germany, on March 15-17.
The module allows the operator to take control of the property leasing process at airports, including office space, counter-tops, hangers and stores. As a flexible space management platform, it enables airports to manage and allocate space on-the-fly, offering the flexibility required to improve business processes and efficiency.
The new module also provides the functionality for airport property managers to manage service-term contracts, import readings from a number of different sources and meters, generate billing to tenants, issue invoices, and provide instant reporting.
CA+ is a software tool used by airports to better manage their concessions, replacing excel and the manual input of data. It allows airports to control, manage, analyze and ultimately boost their non-aeronautical revenues, providing a platform for the airports to efficiently manage commercial contracts, and calculate revenues and bill concessions through a single web platform accessible by multiple users. In addition, airports are also able to automate the process of collecting sales data from concessionaires, and can use a business intelligence (BI) platform to analyze sales and revenue patterns to boost performance.
