Delegates at this year’s Passenger Terminal Conference, being held alongside the expo in Cologne, Germany, on March 15-17, will be able to learn about how to ensure retail success in their terminal.
Mathieu Daubert, retail director at Aéroports de Paris (ADP), will share the thinking behind the company’s retail development program in his presentation Aéroports de Paris – retail strategy plan to 2016/2020 on Tuesday, March 15.
“Aéroports de Paris will present its retail development program for the next five years,” reveals Daubert. “We will focus on six main projects within our international terminals, plus some changes to our business model. The presentation will outline these projects and changes, and how they will sustain our growth for the coming years.”
Daubert’s presentation will be a key highlight of the dedicated Commercial Development, Retail, Concessions
& Media session on March 15, which will also include presentations from Julian Jäger, COO of Flughafen Wien AG, on retail improvements at Vienna Airport, and by
Mike Ross and Janine Gervais from the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, who will examine Toronto Pearson’s retail strategy.
