Robson Handling Technology, a UK-based specialist in international baggage handling solutions, has been praised by construction firm Mace for its part in delivering the Baggage Reclaim Facility (BRF) project at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 (T5), five weeks ahead of schedule.
Simon Westwood, senior project manager from Mace, said, “We would like to thank the Robson team for their tremendous effort, ensuring phased baggage handover dates have been consistently and safely achieved, delivering and maintaining business critical beneficial use of the BRF.
“Robson have been exemplary in their performance and conduct, working collaboratively with Mace management throughout the unique fast track project.”
Throughout the project, Robson worked closely with strategic partners to ensure that client requests and imposed constraints were responded to positively and pro-actively.
