Munich Airport has its customers in mind with the launch of its redesigned website, which has more than 1,000 pages.
The site – www.munich-airport.com – has a contemporary design, contains comprehensive information and its functionality has been optimized for all devices.
Passengers, greeters and airport visitors can find out about flights, check-in, directions, parking, things to do at the airport, and the range of services, shopping and dining options available at the airport.
Online users can even take a 3D tour of the terminals before they leave for the airport to see where gates, shops and eateries are located, and can use a new route planning function to assist them with their journey.
Joachim Bues, head of corporate communications at Munich Airport, commented, “For everyone from families traveling with excited children, business travelers on a tight schedule, or seniors looking forward to their journey, it’s quicker and easier to get the exact information they need, so the comfort factor before, during or after a flight is vastly improved.”
The site content also includes: facts, figures, and the latest news on the company, partnerships within the airport region, career opportunities at the airport, sustainability initiatives and airport development projects.
Potential business partners can learn all they need to know about the services offered by airport operator FMG Group, from ground handling and consulting to rentals of advertising media. They can also submit bids directly for current tendering processes.
