The entire community at Dubai International Airport (DXB) came together to celebrate UAE National Day on November 28.
Paul Griffiths, CEO of Dubai Airports, Mohammed Ahli, director general of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Brigadier Mohammed Ahmed Bin Dylan Al Mazrouei, assistant director general for administration at the general department of airports security, and representatives of other airport stakeholders led the celebrations at DXB Terminal 3.
As part of the celebration, which included yola and ayyala dances and other cultural activities including henna, traditional crafts, and falconry, a gallery dedicated to the national day was unveiled in collaboration with Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Centre. The photo exhibition showcases the country’s rich history, heritage and culture, and will remain open until December 2.
