Passengers at Moscow Sheremetyevo International Airport in Russia can now benefit from the international ‘Heinemann & Me’ customer loyalty program.
Members of the program can collect points, redeem coupons and enjoy exclusive benefits at all participating locations. More and more travelers at Moscow Sheremetyevo are arriving from locations where Heinemann already operates the program.
Retail outlets at the airport, Russia’s largest, operate as Sheremetyevo Duty Free, a joint venture between Heinemann, Greenway and the airport operator.
“We are delighted that, with our local partners, we will now be integrating our Russian customers into the Heinemann & Me world of advantages. This will enable us to directly address what for us is a very important target group,” said Oleg Zhytomyrsky, director sales Eastern Europe and Central Asia, Heinemann.
The roll-out of the program at Sheremetyevo will initially be exclusively via the Heinemann & Me app. “The app ensures that the customers have all the advantages at hand in an instant and are able to manage their membership even more conveniently. Furthermore, we can address them in a more targeted manner and, during their entire customer journey, provide them with offers tailored to their preferences,” explained Anja Zettel, head of brand and customer communication at Heinemann.
There are more than 830,000 Heinemann & Me members globally, and Heinemann expects to see approximately 20,000 new members join in the six months after the program launches at Sheremetyevo.
