Global restaurateur HMSHost has opened Rocco’s Tacos, Flash Fire Pizza, and Shake Shack at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport in Florida.
Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila offers authentic Mexican flavors in dishes made famous by founder Rocco Mangel, among them Molcajetes served sizzling in a traditional lava rock molcajete, and Enchiladas Rojas baked with corn tortillas and Chihuahua cheese and served with refrijoles and yellow rice.
Boca Raton-based Flash Fire Pizza specializes in both traditional favorites such as margherita and more offbeat offerings, including sushi pizza. The menu is fully customizable.
Shake Shack is known for its 100% all-natural Angus beef burgers and flat-top Vienna beef dogs; 100% all-natural cage-free chicken; spun-fresh frozen custard; crinkle cut fries; craft beer and wine, and more.
Flash Fire and Shake Shack (below) are adjacent to one other in Terminal 2, while Rocco’s Tacos & Tequila can be found in Terminal 1, on Concourse C.
