Paradies Lagardère and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport have celebrated the opening in Terminal D of popular local eatery Brewed.
Fort Worth’s gathering place for comfort food, craft beer, coffee and cocktails for more than six years, the new Brewed location at Dallas/Fort Worth offers busy travelers a place to relax and enjoy fresh, Texas-inspired cuisine and community, and the finest-quality beer, coffee and cocktails.
“Paradies Lagardère knows that Brewed is a favorite dining spot in Fort Worth, and we’re excited to bring the concept to the airport not only for long-time fans of the restaurant, but also for travelers unfamiliar with it. We’re confident they’ll love not only the delicious food, but also the comfortable, welcoming atmosphere and friendly, first-class customer service,” said Regynald Washington, president, Paradies Lagardère Dining Division.
Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu at the new branch offers the restaurant’s popular Bucket of Bacon, with a choice of hot-off-the-grill applewood-smoked, black pepper or sweet and spicy maple bacon, among others. Breakfast includes fresh granola with yogurt and seasonal fruit, and the pulled pork hash skillet with eggs, braised pork and avocado.
For travelers seeking healthy lunch and dinner choices, there’s the Green Goddess Wedge Salad. And for those seeking traditional pub fare, there’s the Brewed Burger, with all-natural beef and aged cheddar cheese on a brioche bun. Brewed also offers a selection of delectable desserts, along with craft beer and cocktails, as well as wine.
