VIP guests at Vienna Airport, Austria, can now travel with a touch of glamour following the complete renovation of the VIP Terminal. The development includes the creation of five personal lounge areas, or salons, each designed with its own character.
Whether used as a living room or modern conference room, each salon has been furnished with a range of quality materials and fittings including herringbone parquet flooring, marble tiles, wooden furnishings and even whimsical furniture resembling a double bass instrument. Each room has also been adorned with a carefully curated selection of modern art.
In addition to the salons, the VIP Terminal has also been fitted with a small library, which is peppered with various works available to all guests.
“Providing passengers with a high-quality first-class service is our top priority at Vienna Airport,” said Julian Jäger, board member of Flughafen Wien, the airport operator. “We want to make our high-level services, including our VIP service, available to all.”
The VIP service in a premium offering aimed at all those who want to treat themselves to something special before the flight, regardless of airline or booking class.
The trained staff at the VIP terminal take care of all formalities from check-in to passport and customs control to personal transport to the aircraft.
