Starbucks has launched its Evenings Program at London Stansted Airport where passengers will be able to choose from a range of hot meals and alcoholic beverages after 4:00pm.
Stansted Airport is the first UK location to offer the evening service, which will be run by food and beverage operator SSP UK. The menu will include dishes such as chorizo and prawn skewers, macaroni and cheese, and braised British beef. Customers will also have access to a range of premium beers and wines.
Ian Cranna, vice president of marketing and category for Starbucks EMEA, said, “We are delighted to launch the first Evenings Program in the UK. Providing a welcoming coffeehouse environment has always been our focus and now we can offer something new for the evening too. I think our customers will love the new range of terrific food and carefully selected wines and beers which will provide even more choice and reasons to visit us later in the day.”

Starbucks Evenings has been rolled out to 30 locations in the US including Seattle, Portland, Southern California, Chicago and Atlanta.
