Airport Lounge Development (ALD), an operator of shared-use airport lounges, has added two new concepts to its portfolio located at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
The Club at SEA based in Concourse A and The Club at SEA based in the South Satellite will be freely available to Priority Pass, Priority Pass Select and Lounge Club Members. Those without membership can purchase day passes online or in the lounge.
Each Club lounge covers more than 4,000ft2 and features a variety of settings including social spaces, areas for dining and quiet zones to relax or conduct business. Lounge customers have access to several amenities including complimentary snacks and beverages, high-speed wi-fi and workstations with printers.
Nancy Knipp, senior vice president of ALD, said, “As one of the fastest growing large hub airports in the US, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is an ideal addition to our lounge network. With nearly 37.5 million passengers in 2014, it’s a high-traffic gateway for business, leisure and cruise travelers. There continues to be increasing demand for a more inclusive airport lounge experience. As a result, the number of airports implementing and reviewing options for independent shared-use lounges has grown tremendously, especially as it becomes more difficult and expensive to access airline lounges.”
Susan Goodspeed, passenger experience program manager at Seattle-Tacoma Airport, said, “We are excited to partner with ALD to bring their network and experience with lounge management at airports across the US to serve and accommodate our airport’s growing passenger levels. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for both leisure and business travelers.”
