Restaurateur HMSHost has opened a new restaurant called the Dallas Cowboys Club at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport in Texas, USA.
The restaurant can seat up to 80 guests and is decorated in Dallas Cowboys memorabilia throughout, including a stadium-shaped bar. As well as traditional dining, the restaurant also features a to-go area for travelers with tighter timeframes.
The menu at the Dallas Cowboys Club includes regional specialties with modern twists such as the South Texas Fire Roasted Beef Torta and the Texas BBQ Brisket Sandwich. Healthier options include the Local Farm Crudité or the Legend’s Jalapeno Caesar salad. For a larger meal, guests can choose from the Big Game section of the menu with dishes such as the Pork Carnitas Plate, Flat Iron Chimichurri, or the Truffle Mac and Cheese Skillet. The restaurant also serves a wide-variety of breakfast options.
Anthony Alessi, vice president of business development, HMSHost, said, “With clear local importance and appeal to a broad fanbase that stretches all over the world, there is no better brand to represent the Dallas area in the airport than the famous Dallas Cowboys football team. We are absolutely thrilled to be working with the Cowboys and the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, two great organizations, to offer travelers a true club-level VIP experience right inside the terminal.”
Sean Donohue, CEO of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, said, “Opening the Dallas Cowboys Club creates an exciting way we can elevate the customer experience at the airport while offering customers a great taste of Texas tradition. The restaurant also enhances the longstanding partnership the airport has enjoyed with the Dallas Cowboys, which includes three Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop stores in the terminals and a major merchandising warehouse.”
