Food and beverage operator SSP Group has been awarded a five-year contract to operate three new outlets in the domestic Terminal 2 (T2) at Sydney Airport in Australia.
The £32m (US$50m) contract will cover the operation of Chur Burger from Australian chef Warren Turnbull; Vietnamese-inspired street food Roll’d; and nationally renowned Asian food brand Hokka Hokka. The new outlets are scheduled to open at the end of the year. The latest deal comes on top of a £21m (US$33m) contract for SSP to open four new concepts in Terminal 1 (T1) earlier this year.
