Plaza Premium opens arrivals lounge in London Heathrow T4

Hospitality provider Plaza Premium Group has officially opened its new common-use passenger lounge in Terminal 4 (T4) at London Heathrow Airport.

Located in T4 arrivals, the luxury lounge can cater for up to 75 travelers and boasts 25 showers, a bar area, comfortable lounge seating and Plaza’s latest dining concept – Flight Club. The lounge is available to all passengers for a fee, regardless of their class of ticket or choice of airline.

Centered on healthy eating, Flight Club serves a wide selection of colorful and aromatic dishes using locally sourced fresh ingredients. It also features a slow pressed juice service, serving drinks that contain a variety of superfoods with the overall aim of boosting health and wellbeing.

Pauline Cheung, regional general manager of Plaza Premium Group, UK and Europe, said, “Plaza Premium Lounge Heathrow is committed to improving the customer experience for travelers and further enhance the experience of traveling.

“Our goal is to make every journey enjoyable not only on departure but also upon arrival too and we’re proud that the new Flight Club concept will be a key feature of this new lounge and demonstrates that we continually look to deliver a stellar service to our customers.”

John Arbuckle, head of property, Heathrow Airport, said, “We are delighted to welcome Plaza Premium to T4 arrivals. This lounge is a quiet sanctuary for passengers looking to refresh and relax, ready for their onward journey.

“This arrivals lounge is part of our wider T4 enhancement to give our passengers great services that suit their every need.”
