More than four million passengers travelled through McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas (right) in October. The figure was slightly higher than in September, and up 4.2% from October 2006. McCarran, which is the sixth-busiest US airport, remains on track to pass last year’s record of 46.2 million passengers. So far in 2007 it has handled 40.2 million passengers.
